But please use this as an extra protection not as the only protection.

Why? 

1) This is relatively new drug... so more studies need to be done on the long-term effectiveness.
2) There are many other ickiness one can get (Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Herpes, etc)

Pass the information to folks you know. Currently, many doctors aren't even aware of it. Educate yourself.
